19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $95 if payable by a natural person and $115 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $48 if payable by a natural person and $57.75 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $92.25 if payable by a natural person and $108 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $46.50 if payable by a natural person and $54.25 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $89.75 if payable by a natural person and $106 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $45.50 if payable by a natural person and $52.75 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $88.75 if payable by a natural person and $104 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $44.75 if payable by a natural person and $52.25 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $87.25 if payable by a natural person and $103 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $44 if payable by a natural person and $51.25 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $85.75 if payable by a natural person and $101 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $43.25 if payable by a natural person and $50.50 if payable by a legal person.

19. The fees payable for an appeal to the Superior Court or Court of Québec, where one of those courts has appellate jurisdiction, are as follows:
(1)  for the filing of a notice of appeal or similar pleading at the office of the court having jurisdiction, $85 if payable by a natural person and $100 if payable by a legal person;
(2)  for an application for the dismissal of an appeal, a contestation or a similar pleading $43 if payable by a natural person and $50 if payable by a legal person.
